Dulux Pre-Paint SmoothOver is a ready-mixed, water-based skimming plaster designed to smooth out rough, damaged, or uneven interior and exterior wall surfaces before painting.

Key Product Features

• No Primer Required: You can apply emulsion (water-based) paint directly over it once dry.
• Application Thickness: It can skim up to 5mm thick without sagging, though it is best applied in thin built-up layers of up to 2mm per layer.
• Weather & Alkali Resistant: Formulated to withstand exterior elements and prevent chemical burning from cement-plaster bases.
• Drying & Curing: It becomes touch-dry in about 2 hours and sets completely hard within 4 hours.
