Architect Ibrahim M. Jaidah in a panel discussion moderated by Salman Al-Sulaiti at “Regenerate Cities: Design for What Comes Next,” an architecture conference exploring the role of AI and sustainability in shaping the future of cities. Organized by Doha Design District (DDD) and AIA Middle East, the event was held on 10 October 2026, at Sada (DDD).

Architect Ibrahim Jaidah took part in an inspiring panel discussion alongside Carlo Bianchini & Davide Borra, moderated by Marta Peia yesterday, at the Museum of Islamic Art on 21st September 2026, marking the opening of The Great Mosque of Rome: Immersive Experience, coordinated by the Embassy of Italy in Qatar.

The exhibition runs from 22 September to 21 November 2026.

شارك المعماري إبراهيم جيده في جلسة نقاشية ملهمة إلى جانب كارلو بيانكيني ودافيدي بورا، وأدارتها مارتا بيا، وذلك في مساءِ أمس الموافق 21 سبتمبر 2026 في متحف الفن الإسلامي، بمناسبة افتتاح معرض «الجامع الكبير في روما: تجربة غامرة»، بتنسيق من سفارة الجمهورية الإيطالية في دولة قطر.

Originally built in the 1920s, Radwani House in Msheireb reflects Qatar’s rich architectural and cultural heritage. Carefully restored to preserve its historic character, the residence showcases traditional Qatari architecture and family life. Our scope included Traditional Architecture Advisory, and Construction Supervision.

شُيّد منزل الرضواني في مشيرب في عشرينيات القرن الماضي، ويعكس التراث المعماري والثقافي الغني لدولة قطر. وقد تمت إعادة ترميمه بعناية للحفاظ على طابعه التاريخي، ليُبرز العمارة القطرية التقليدية والحياة الأسرية. وقد شمل نطاق عملنا الاستشارات في العمارة التقليدية، والإشراف على التنفيذ.

Built in 1972, the Abdel Qadir Ahmed Building responds to its irregular plot with a carefully balanced, symmetrical composition, accommodating commercial spaces at ground level and residential apartments above.

بُني مبنى عبدالقادر أحمد عام 1972، ويتميز بتكوين معماري متوازن ومتناظر يستجيب لشكل قطعة الأرض غير المنتظم، و خُصص الطابق الأرضي للمساحات التجارية، والطوابق العلوية للشقق السكنية.

Designed in 1972, the Sheikh Jasem bin Mohammed Al Ahmed Residential Villa showcases strong horizontal lines, vertical shaded windows, textured wall cladding, and a corner or courtyard veranda, an enduring example of modern residential architecture.

صُممت فيلا الشيخ جاسم بن محمد الأحمد عام 1972، وتتميز بالخطوط الأفقية البارزة، والنوافذ الرأسية المظللة، وكسوة الجدران ذات الملمس المميز، بالإضافة إلى الشرفة الركنية أو شرفة الفناء، ليُجسد نموذجًا مميزاً للعمارة السكنية الحديثة.

The roundabout concepts by AEB in the early 1970s explored distinctive monument designs for the city’s growing road network. One proposal featured a star-shaped obelisk topped with a pyramid containing a clock, set on a raised octagonal platform with steps from four directions. Another envisioned an abstract concrete starfish surrounded by petal-shaped flower beds edged in white marble and finished with colored tiles.

قدّم المكتب العربي للشؤون الهندسية في مطلع سبعينيات القرن الماضي تصوّرات مبتكرة لدوّارات المدينة، بالتزامن مع توسّع شبكة الطرق. ضمّ أحد المقترحات نصباً ذا تكوين نجمي، تعلوه قمة هرمية تتوسطها ساعة، ويرتفع فوق قاعدة مثمّنة تحيطها درجات من أربع جهات. أما المقترح الآخر، فاستند إلى مجسّم خرساني تجريدي مستوحى من نجم البحر، تحيط به أحواض زهور على هيئة بتلات، تتداخل فيها حواف الرخام الأبيض مع البلاط الملوّن.

The Barzan Towers, one of Qatar’s most iconic heritage landmarks, were built in the early 20th century and renovated in 1910 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Jassim Al Thani. Standing 14 meters tall with their distinctive T-shaped design, the towers were surveyed and restored in 2003, preserving an important part of Qatar’s architectural legacy.

تُعد أبراج برزان من أبرز المعالم التراثية في قطر، وقد شُيّدت في أوائل القرن العشرين وجُدّدت عام 1910 على يد الشيخ محمد بن جاسم آل ثاني. ويبلغ ارتفاعها 14 متراً، وتتميز بتصميمها الفريد على شكل حرف(T)، وقد خضعت لأعمال الرفع المساحي والترميم عام 2003 للحفاظ على هذا الصرح التاريخي كجزء من الإرث المعماري لدولة قطر.
