Very rare pair of model 9414 wall lamps designed by Paavo Tynell and produced by Taito Oy in Finland during the 1950s.
Executed in brass, each lamp features a long articulated arm that can be rotated and extended from the wall, while a pivoting connection allows the shade to be adjusted independently. Newly fitted off-white textile shades soften the functional brass construction.
The naturally developed patina emphasizes the expressive geometry of Tynell’s adjustable design.
