We both hold full time jobs whilst our young kids are at school almost all day. On most days, we enjoy playing and making melodies with the kids. WHAT
This idea was born out of the pandemic that swept throughout the globe in 2019. It was most trying for us when we experienced a full lockdown in our nation, where both parents and children had to stay home, either for work or school. To say it was mayhem at home on some days is an understatement. Each day, we would go to bed feeling relieved and wake up feeling a little fearful of how we were going to maintain peace and order (with the kids) whilst at our jobs from homes. We were constantly on the lookout for solutions to our ever growing need of challenges experienced at home. Whilst we may not have found the solution to every single problem we faced, we managed to solve some of them. Upon some reflection, we both learnt a very valuable lesson in life. We learnt to pick our battles. Solve one problem at a time. A little a day can go a long way. And that was what has kept us alive. Along with that, we decided to act upon an idea that has been at the back of our minds for a while now. This, in a nutshell, was how {re:} has come about. WHY
