Have you ever wondered how easy it actually is to turn live produce into daily nutrition? 🥬✨

Check out the Grobrix Nutritionist Workshops featuring Teresa Pena as she brings hands-on wellness into the workspace for everyone to learn simple ways to fuel their bodies right at their desks. Here are a few takeaways!

🌿 Supergreen Stat: Watercress: Ranked among the most nutrient-dense greens on earth, loaded with antioxidants and vital minerals.

🫀 Organ Support: Leafy greens support vital organs. Rich in chlorophyll and antioxidants, they aid natural liver detox, support kidney function, and protect heart health by lowering oxidative stress.

Teresa shows the team how to turn raw greens into quick salads, 2-minute pestos, or smoothies with no complex cooking needed. When employees harvest produce grown meters from their desks, healthy eating becomes an interactive daily habit.

🌱 Farm Feature - M Moser Associates 🌱

Did you know? We've been growing at the M Moser Associates' office now for nearly 4 years! They see the workplace as a living lab that shapes how people feel, connect and thrive through meaningful experiences.

'On 'Smoothie Day', the Singapore team came together to blend fresh juices using ingredients harvested straight from our office’s green wall. As ways of working evolve, prioritising people's health and supporting their engagement is becoming essential to building a strong community culture and long-term business resilience'

Here are a few stats from their office farm.

📦 800 kg of fresh produce harvested
🍽️ 400 kg of food waste prevented
♻️ 5000+ single use plastic wrapper saved

Did you know? 💡💡💡

By the time standard supermarket greens reach your plate, they have often spent days (or even weeks) traveling across long supply chains.

Fresh spinach can lose up to 50% of its Vitamin C within 7 days of cold storage, and up to 90% in just 24 hours if kept at room temperature.
That is why local, hyper-fresh harvesting matters.

When produce is grwn right inside the workspace, restaurant or home and harvested seconds before eating, you are not just getting pesticide-free greens. You are getting maximum nutrient density, vibrant flavour, and zero food miles. By bringing living farms into corporate offices, we make sure your daily lunch gives you the full nutritional punch nature intended. 🥬✨

Want to bring hyper-local, nutrient-rich produce directly into your workplace? Send us a message or visit grobrix.com to see how our indoor farms can elevate your team's wellness! 👇
