Pumpkin Brioche:
Base recipe: chainbaker.com/no-knead-brioche/
•⁠ ⁠Add 1 tsp pumpkin spice/rempah kueh
•⁠ ⁠Replace the weight of 1 egg with pumpkin puree

Cheesecake filling:
•⁠ ⁠150g cream cheese
•⁠ ⁠30g icing sugar
•⁠ ⁠⁠1/4 tsp vanilla extract

(Optional) Pumpkin spice puree swirl:
•⁠ ⁠40g pumpkin puree
•⁠ ⁠⁠1 tsp pumpkin spice/rempah kueh

(Optional) Cinnamon streussel:
•⁠ ⁠50g flour
•⁠ ⁠⁠35g unsalted butter
•⁠ ⁠⁠30g brown sugar

•⁠ ⁠⁠1/2 cup honey

•⁠ ⁠⁠165g sugar
•⁠ ⁠⁠60g muscovado
•⁠ ⁠1 egg + 1 egg yolk
•⁠ ⁠⁠1 tsp vanilla
•⁠ ⁠⁠1 tbsp kaya
•⁠ ⁠⁠250g flour
•⁠ ⁠⁠1/2 tsp baking soda
