Office Revamp | Making Room for Growth ✨

As the company continues to grow, our workspace is evolving to support the team’s expanding needs and exciting opportunities ahead.

For this office revamp, we transformed two individual offices, each previously furnished with a single table, into more functional workspaces with six workstations each — creating a total of 12 workstations to accommodate more colleagues.

The renovation involved reconfiguring the spaces to create a more open and efficient working environment. New workstations were then installed to maximise the available floor area while providing dedicated workspaces for each team member.

Beyond simply adding more seats, this revamp is about creating room for collaboration, improving space utilisation, and enabling smoother day-to-day operations. With a more practical layout, the company is better positioned to welcome new talent, strengthen teamwork and support its growing manpower needs.

More space for people. More room for ideas. More opportunities for growth.

A Warm & Cosy Contemporary Home ❤️

This condominium was thoughtfully refreshed with a warm, contemporary design that balances functionality, storage and comfort.

The design revolves around a soft, natural colour palette, with light wood-grain built-ins, warm neutral walls and light-toned vinyl flooring creating a cohesive look throughout the home. The timber tones bring warmth and character, while the lighter flooring keeps the spaces feeling bright, open and inviting.

At the living area, a full-height TV feature wall with integrated storage provides a clean focal point while keeping everyday items neatly tucked away. The adjoining dining area features a custom pantry with a built-in settee, storage and countertop, creating a practical yet cosy corner for meals and gatherings.

The kitchen was upgraded with new cabinetry and a spacious island with integrated storage, giving the compact space a more streamlined and functional layout.

Both bedrooms were fitted with custom wardrobes, maximising storage while maintaining the clean, understated aesthetic. The two bathrooms were also refreshed with new vanity cabinets, mirrors, storage and bathroom accessories for a more polished and contemporary finish.

Throughout the home, new lighting and ceiling fans were installed to enhance both comfort and ambience, while the entire flooring was laid with vinyl, giving the home a consistent visual flow from one space to another.

The two balconies were also transformed with new composite decking, extending the warm, natural feel outdoors. A glass sliding door was added to the study, allowing natural light to flow through while giving the room greater flexibility and privacy.

For added safety and flexibility, new invisible grilles and zip tracks were installed at both the living hall and master bedroom balconies. The slim, minimalist grilles provide a sense of security while preserving the openness and views of the balconies, while the zip tracks offer protection from rain and wind when needed. Together with the new composite decking, the balconies become more practical and comfortable extensions of the living spaces—without compromising the clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The result is a home that feels warm, calm and inviting—where the combination of natural wood tones, soft lighting, light flooring and carefully integrated storage creates a cosy atmosphere without making the spaces feel heavy.

Bold & stylish! 🥳

A fresh and practical transformation for this new flat, focusing on functionality, comfort and a clean modern look.

The kitchen was upgraded with custom kitchen cabinetry, providing essential storage while making full use of the available space. A clean white countertop is paired with a bold pink cabinetry and backsplash combination, creating a distinctive focal point while keeping the kitchen bright and practical.

The bathroom was refreshed with the installation of a new water heater and bathroom accessories, creating a clean and functional space for everyday use.

The internal unit was repainted, giving the home a fresh, brighter appearance. The use of a soft neutral palette alongside the existing pink feature walls adds warmth and personality.

New light fittings were installed throughout the unit to improve overall illumination and create a brighter, more comfortable living environment.

Window grilles were installed to enhance safety and security while maintaining ventilation and natural light.

This renovation demonstrates how a compact BTO can be transformed with smart storage, practical upgrades and carefully selected finishes—without overcomplicating the space.

✨ Post-Renovation Reveal | Modern Contemporary 5-Room HDB Resale Transformation

From a dated resale flat to a warm, modern contemporary home, this 5-room HDB has been completely transformed to suit the homeowners’ lifestyle while maximising functionality, storage, and natural light.

The entire home now features a cohesive palette of warm wood tones, clean white cabinetry, charcoal accents, and large-format tiles, creating a timeless and elegant living environment.

What We Did

✔️ Re-tiled the entire home’s flooring with large-format porcelain tiles for a seamless and spacious appearance.

✔️ Completely hacked and rebuilt both bathrooms with new wall and floor tiles, sanitary fittings, vanity cabinets, shower screen, and modern finishes.

✔️ Opened up the kitchen by hacking the upper half of the wall separating the dining area and kitchen, replacing it with a fixed clear glass panel. This allows natural light to flow through both spaces while maintaining separation between cooking and dining areas.

✔️ Designed and fabricated customised carpentry throughout the home, including:
• Full-height top and bottom kitchen cabinets with integrated tall pantry unit
• TV feature wall with concealed storage, display shelving and warm LED strip lighting
• Living balcony display and storage cabinets with ambient lighting
• Built-in wardrobes for both common bedrooms
• Custom L-shaped wardrobe with integrated dresser and illuminated vanity in the master bedroom

✔️ Installed a brand-new air-conditioning system throughout the entire home for year-round comfort.

✔️ Upgraded all lighting fixtures and ceiling fans to create a bright, energy-efficient and welcoming atmosphere.

✔️ Repainted the entire unit in fresh neutral tones to complement the modern design.

✔️ Replaced all windows and window grilles with new systems, improving both aesthetics, ventilation and security.

The Result

The living room is now centred around a sleek feature wall that combines display shelving, hidden storage and warm LED lighting to create a cosy focal point.

The newly opened kitchen feels significantly brighter and more spacious. The addition of the fixed glass panel preserves visual connectivity while allowing cooking activities to remain neatly contained.

Throughout the bedrooms, customised wardrobes maximise storage without overwhelming the space, while the master bedroom’s built-in dresser adds both luxury and practicality to the daily routine.

Both bathrooms have been refreshed with contemporary finishes, creating clean, hotel-inspired spaces that are easy to maintain.

This renovation successfully balances functionality with aesthetics, delivering a modern family home that is bright, practical and designed to stand the test of time.
