AI Visual Fun: Our First Siam Transformations 🌴

Trigve kindly agreed to be the first model for AI Visual Fun experience, together with his wife.

Using their original photos, I took them on a little journey into an imaginary version of old Siam, with elaborate traditional costumes, spectacular tropical scenery, a river boat adventure and even a ride on a buffalo cart 🐃

The idea is simple: take ordinary photos and turn them into something completely different, creative, fun and personal.

These are AI-generated artworks, created as examples of what will be possible at Nordic Studio during the coming season. They can also be turned into personalised framed posters.

Big thanks to Trigve for joining in and helping bring this first AI Visual Fun project to life! 😄

Exploring possible variations of the Nordic tote bag for 2026-2027.

One side stays simple with the Nordic logo, while the other becomes an individual artwork inspired by the style of my earlier paintings and splatter pieces. The idea is not to print the design, but to apply the colour directly to the bag with real splashes, drips and layers of paint.

Each bag can develop differently, from two-colour combinations to something more expressive with several colours and varying levels of coverage. That leaves plenty of room to experiment and make every piece feel personal and unique.

These are not mass-produced bags. Each one is intended to be an original, one-of-a-kind piece.

If you’d like one made for you, you’re welcome at Nordic Studio to discuss the colours, style and direction for your own piece.

Natural pebbles gather across the surface of a bright yellow vessel, forming dense areas that partially conceal the original object while leaving sections of colour exposed.

The contrast between irregular stone and smooth manufactured form gives the piece its structure.

Pebbles accumulate unevenly across the surface, while the yellow remains visible as an active element rather than disappearing beneath them.

From above, the circular yellow rim creates a clear boundary between the rough exterior and the smooth interior.

This separation between natural material and constructed form gives Pebble Bowl 0.2 its distinct character within the series.

Signal

Horizontal bands gather, separate, and reappear across the surface, establishing a measured rhythm through repetition, spacing, and interruption.

Blue, cream, yellow, red, and white operate against the dominant black field, creating shifts in visual weight across the surface.

The broad central black area interrupts the sequence and gives the surrounding bands greater force. Rather than functioning as empty space, it becomes an active interval within the composition, holding the upper and lower sections in tension.

Small variations in edge, width, and alignment keep the geometry visibly handmade. The isolated yellow line intensifies this structure, but the sense of signal belongs to the composition as a whole, emerging through rhythm, interruption, colour, and interval.
