WYNN Bangmod-Prachauthit — Simply Refined. Simple Joys.
Designed to Feel Light.

WYNN marks a new chapter for one of AssetWise’s early condominium brands — a series our office first had the opportunity to work on nearly ten years ago with WYNN Chokchai 4.

For this new generation of WYNN, the landscape is shaped around Thoughtful Compact Living — not about reducing the experience, but about making every space purposeful, comfortable, and easy to live with.

At the ground level, the landscape begins as an Outdoor Living Room and Welcome Court, creating a soft arrival with relaxed seating and fragrant flowering plants.

The experience then transitions upward to the second-floor Swimming Pool Courtyard, where the pool and outdoor terraces become an extension of the indoor facilities — a place to relax, work, or enjoy a quiet morning coffee, seamlessly connected to the fitness and co-working spaces.

Simple in form, thoughtful in use, and light in atmosphere — a compact landscape designed around everyday comfort and simple joys.

At the project’s inception, the homeowners envisioned a sanctuary that harmoniously blends timeless architectural elegance with spaces for relaxation, outdoor activities, and a connection to nature.

Drawing inspiration from the English Barnhouse concept, they emphasized their love for open yet intimate spaces and a desire for aesthetic charm and functional practicality.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a semi-circular flower courtyard, a vibrant and welcoming feature. At its heart, a gentle stream weaves through the garden, seamlessly connecting to a semi-outdoor terrace that flows into the swimming pool. This design creates a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience, perfect for relaxation and family gatherings.

The front yard is a hub of activity and leisure, offering a small basketball court for spirited games and an artificial putting green to delight golf enthusiasts.

In the backyard, a serene herbal garden provides a peaceful retreat, celebrating the joy of gardening. Its fragrant herbs and lush greenery offer a sensory escape and a connection to nature.

Every aspect of the landscape reflects a careful balance of elegance and functionality, complementing the residence’s barnhouse-inspired architecture while fostering a lifestyle of comfort and connection.

📐Crafting the Masterplan:
Pen Ake Lakeville, Udon Thani

Master planning is about more than just drawing lines; it’s about unlocking the potential of the land.

For this 75-Rais site in Udon Thani, our challenge was to integrate a massive internal lake and the natural "Huai Luang" stream into a cohesive community layout.

Our Scope:
Master Planning & Land Subdivision.

We strategically organized the site circulation and zoning to maximize value and accessibility across the entire development:

🔹 Site Zoning: Balancing privacy with connectivity.
🔹 Plot Allocation: 112 Residential plots (allocated for Single Detached Houses, 80-150 sq. wah).
+ 33 Subdivided land plots.

Total: 145 Units designed for optimal orientation. 🔹 Blue & Green Infrastructure: Utilizing the lake and rear stream to create a natural buffer and scenic focus points for the community.

A well-planned foundation for future living.

A challenging year — one that reminded us of resilience, collaboration, and growth. 🥳🥳

Thank you to our team, partners, and every project that helped shape 2025 with us.

As the year comes to a pause, our studio will take a short holiday break from December 25, 2025, to January 4, 2026 — a moment to rest, reflect, and gather inspiration.
