🏡 Spotted at Lake Andrew near Alexandria, MN! 💧

This 2019-built lake home had a passive radon system that wasn’t working as intended, leaving the homeowner with elevated radon levels.

Glacial Lakes Radon activated the existing RRNC (Radon-Resistant New Construction) system by adding a radon fan to help reduce indoor radon levels. We also installed a U-tube manometer and airflow alarm in the utility closet so the homeowner can monitor system operation.

Even newer homes built with passive radon systems can have elevated radon levels. Testing is the only way to know if your system is working!
