It feels like a great day for a few before and after photos.

This home was in great condition, very neutral and very safe. In our clients words she said “I want it to look like a box of crayons was poured over the house”
Challenge accepted.

Color is what she got!

Something fun is that her father-in-law is an artist. She wanted her home filled with his beautiful art! Our goal was to use the pieces she already had, add a whole lot of color and tie it all together to together to make it feel cohesive and intentional.

On a color sensitivity scale of 1-10 she was about a 20.

The final product feels warm, feels inviting, feels finished and most importantly it feels like them! Around here we love all the feels.

Hello October!

I woke up this morning, started my day with a walk and it felt like FALL outside!

I’m proud to announce that I survived the oppressive summer heat for one more year!

I don’t think there’s another season that captivates all the senses the way the fall does! The smells, the sounds, and tastes all get me so excited!!

I’ve turned a new leaf in my home decor. It’s now filled with the anticipation of family, guests and celebrating what 2026 still has to come!

It’s been a minute! While things have been a little quiet on the socials, it’s been quite the opposite behind the scenes.

It’s been a VERY lively summer!

On the work front:
• A living room, den, mudroom, family room & dining room refresh
• A gorgeous kitchen remodel
• SEVEN bathroom remodels
• A whole lot of painting and a whole lot of wallpaper
• An e-design delivery
• Two photo shoots

On the home front:
• My son came home from his church mission and then left again for school at BYU
• Two nephews’ weddings! (Both in Idaho Falls!)
• A family reunion in Utah
• Moved my mom into memory care
• Started year THREE of teaching early-morning seminary

Oh yeah…and we bought a house and converted it into a short-term rental. I guess I can add property manager to my résumé now, too!

Maybe the biggest news of all is something I’ve been working on behind the scenes that I’m so excited about. More on that very soon…

So yes, like I said—anything but quiet!

I have SO much to catch you up on, and I’m excited to start sharing it all.

Out with old - in with the blue. 💙💙💙

A quick and practical bathroom remodel. This job was completed with haste!!! Just imagine - on any given Monday you can demo a bathroom and have a whole new room by Friday. 👍🏻👍🏻

Still processing all the amazing take aways and wisdoms of nuggets I brought home from the Level Up Your Listing summit.
I love learning from those who have had great success in the industry and keeping up with current data, trends, and market projections! Not to mention the connections!
