Due to the mechanics of our trash trucks, am******on can be crushed or exposed to a spark during the collection process, creating a serious safety hazard that could result in severe injury or even death to our employees or customers.

Please do not place am******on in your trash. Contact the Lyon County Hazardous Waste Department at 620-340-6365 for information on proper disposal, rules, and exclusions.

A little precaution can help keep our employees, customers, and community safe.
