The location of this project has made it "interesting " to say the least for getting equipment unloaded and loaded.

From the start the clients mentioned how much safer it would be having a turnaround and more parking since the driveway is at the bottom of a hill on a very busy road also, they desired minimal maintenance.

After a bit of design, we got to work and created exactly what they wanted, proper drainage more parking and a turnaround on a small footprint of land, oh, and minimal maintenance.

While yes, a pretty tall order for such a small location,

However, I think we succeeded, the clients love it and the most important thing, its safer pulling out onto a busy street.

Oh, we're not quite done yet,

We figured with the questionable weather of today it was a safe bet to pick up, remove and install several new appliances in a couple of the rentals.

Well, I can tell you, we did what we set out to do.

Everything's installed and working great.

So, now onto Monday.

What a week ( so far ) we are closing in on finishing one of the projects that we started in August,

Also lawns are done for the
week.

This morning like with most mowing mornings we're loaded before daylight ( aspecially this time of year) but since its supposed to rain and since we're sick of getting caught in the rain we decided to start mowing before daylight using lights we brought.

I have to say, ( knock on wood) it worked great.

Other than the strange looks from neighbors as they passed .

Oh well, is what it is and whats done is done.

A while ago I designed and had built a set of clip on brackets for the zero turns so w**d whips could mount on the mowers.

I figured out today the brackets not only work great for the original need but theyre multi
use.

They also work great for clip on lights,

So,

Now I need to see how well they works for clip on speakers.

Did I mention, I have clip on speakers...lol

Even though Mother Nature showed us some mercy today by not having it rain we still started mowing before daylight.

The lights did their jobs and worked pretty good,

Im glad we started when we did or it would have went longer into the day,

However,

Lawns are finished for another week.

So, today instead of a picture I chose to do a video so now you can see what we do when we're mowing.

So,

It was on to the next task that needed taken care of.
We serviced all the furnaces in the rentals for the upcoming heating season.

I had the furnaces scheduled for next week but mother nature decided it should be done today.

Tomorrow?

Well,

Hopefully Mother nature will cooperate and we'll be able to finish the weeks mowings.

Id like to say it was a "busy day", but, here, we call this Wednesday.

This was #4 of 15 lawns we did today.

Starting before daylight has its advantages and disadvantages.

Advantage, you get alot done.
Disadvantage, you get alot done.

This lawn was finished before 8am.

However, you'd think mowing would be enough, not hardly, did a couple hours of electrical work after mowing.

What's up tomorrow? Well, more mowing and then.....well....who knows....probably more electrical work.
