A message from Smitty’s Tree Service 🌳
To our customers and our community,
Over the last few days, Smitty’s Tree Service has received over 1,500 storm-related calls following the recent tornado. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in us, but we also want to be honest with you: we are not certain how quickly we will be able to reach every customer.
We will do our absolute best to provide estimated dates and times when we can. However, for some customers, it may take a little time before we are able to get there. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through the overwhelming amount of calls in a very short amount for time.
Right now, we are prioritizing:
🚨 Trees puncturing through structures
🚨 Trees on top of houses, cars, and structures
🚨 Trees blocking entrances or access points
🚨 Trees creating an immediate safety hazard
We are also making sure to take care of the many loyal Smitty’s customers who have trusted us for years to care for their trees. We truly value that loyalty and the relationships we have built within our community.
That does not mean we aren’t taking new calls, and it certainly does not mean we don’t care about every single person who reached out to us. We do. Every call matters to us, and if you have reached out to us, you are in the queue, and will not be forgotten. We have your information, and will get back to you.
Please understand that because of the sheer volume of calls, our response time may be much longer than what you are accustomed to from Smitty’s. This is an emergency situation that is bigger than any one person or company. Our entire team is working tirelessly, putting in early mornings and late nights in the interest of doing everything we can for our community.
We know you are waiting, we know you are frustrated. We know your property is important to you - and it is important to us, too.
Please be patient with us.
Please be understanding, and gracious to our staff who is doing everything they can to get to every call and every client as quickly and safely as possible.
