This was a massive project. Two complete bathrooms, a bedroom, staircase, insulate and hang drywall in the garage
Turned a loft into a bedroom with a bathroom. (First set of pictures) Had to get plumbing and electrical there which wasnt easy.
Master bathroom completely gutted. Knocked down some walls to open it up. Added a huge soaking tub and a nice sized shower.
Knocked down the half walls to the staircase and added railings and post.

Replaced all the old can lights, took some out and patched the ceiling and installed a few new cans along with pendant lights over the island. Then we painted the island and built-in entertainment center. Then we demoed the old backsplash and installed a new one with under cabinet lighting. Lastly we installed the new tops with a new sink.
