Italian pork or at least thats what Im calling it. I cut up a whole pork butt. Sprinkled salt and pepper, garlic, parsley and Italian seasonings. Onion along with green and red peppers. Roasted in the oven for a little bit. Add to jars. I used some of the juice from the pork to fill the jars about half full then I had some left over chicken broth that I added a can of tomato paste to, stirred together and heated on the stove. Finished filling up my jars. Debubbled and pressure canned @ 10lb pressure for 90 mins.
