Some people just work well together.

Eric and James may take different approaches to a job, but they know how to work together, when to jump in, and when to let the other guy run with it.

This week was a really good example of that. They were completely in sync, and in a small business, that kind of teamwork makes a huge difference.
With hunting season almost upon us, this is essential.

If you’ve ever worked with somebody who just made your job easier, you know exactly what I mean.

One thing I’ve learned from running this business is that experience matters.

There are 26+ years of combined gunsmithing experience behind the work that leaves our shop.

We’re not perfect. We’re always learning, always improving, and always striving to be better than we were yesterday.

But 26 years of experience? You can’t rush that. And you can’t fake it.

I’m pretty proud of our gunsmiths.

Thoughtfulness and kindness are alive and well!

A customer surprised us with pizza today simply as a thank-you for a small favor last week. 🍕❤️

He absolutely didn’t have to do that, and that’s what made it so incredibly kind. Gestures like this are such a good reminder that generosity still goes a long way.

Thank you for making our day!

This Micro Desert Eagle had tremendous sentimental value to its owner, and it was a privilege to be trusted with it. We restored the finish with nickel plating, helping protect the fi***rm while preserving the history and memories attached to it.

Because sometimes the goal isn’t to make something new again — it’s to make sure something meaningful lasts.

We’ve slept on posting the last couple of weeks, so we’re pulling one from the archives.

This Type 68 North Korean AKM was a challenging build and a great example of James’ specialty work.

Parkerizing isn’t just for fi***rms-a different kind of before and after.

We’re proud to work with metal manufacturers to coat industrial hooks and components with magnesium phosphate, providing a durable, corrosion-resistant finish built for demanding applications.

Restoring this C**t.
The gold was worn off, and the frame and slide were heavily pitted from contact with a foreign substance. It is now blued with 24K gold-plated parts.
