At last, we can share what we’ve been working on for quite some time now. 🥁🥁🥁We’re featured in the holiday issue of Traditional Home magazine which hit newsstands today! Krista and I met up to see it for ourselves for the first time. We’ll be celebrating this feature with a studio open house on 11/13 where the holidays will be coming early this year.✨🎁🌲✨Special thanks to our beyond amazing clients who were a dream to work with. And, BOLD Construction | Chapel Hill Custom Home Builder and Architecture & Interiors who were partners on bringing this project to life. And, The Storied Group, Brie Williams, Margaret Zainey Roux, and Traditional Home for bringing this story and design work to print.

Thank you House Beautiful for including us in this article on how to channel Dolly through interior design. This dreamy and feminine bedroom rose to the top when thinking through which of our projects were the most “Dolly” — soft, romantic, and just a little bit larger than life. ✨

Celebrating 7 years of Krista being on our team! Wow how time flies. We are so grateful for the dedication and excellence you bring to everything you do. Thanks for helping shape the studio into what is today, for so much great design work, many happy clients, and lots of fun in the studio. We love ya!🙏🌟🫶

Lots of planning and prep goes into our photoshoots, just like our designs. Here’s a little behind the scenes glimpse at the process. This shoot was made all the more special by the extraordinary swimming of our client 🙏. The photos are live on our website. Link in bio 💦

Each project is shaped by the collaboration and care this team brings to our studio every day.

We curate spaces designed to feel lived in, welcoming, and entirely your own.

Our belief is that the best interiors are created with intention, balancing beauty and functionality, creating homes that feel just as good as they look.

One of our favorite parts of the design process is exploring possibilities, like proposing different range hood options for this client’s project.

Before a final direction is chosen, we’re considering how each option shapes the feeling of the space.

Now we’re curious, which one would you have selected?

Tell us in the comments below. 👇

A look back at this commercial space we designed at City Port Durham with center studio architecture. We worked with local mosaic artist Jeannette Brossart (Jeannette Carwane Brossart) to create the one-of-a-kind art piece featured in the lobby. We were happy to give the residents a colorful and peaceful setting among the Durham skyline.

We’re always open to collaborate on unique commercial projects. Feel free to reach out. 😉

Summer is here, and we are putting the finishing touches on a spectacular new backyard retreat. We’re capturing the final reveal soon and can’t wait to show you more.

Some spaces ask you to trust the process completely before they give you anything back.

Swipe to see where this renovation stands today.

Tell us what you want to see more of in the comments. We are taking you along for all of it.
