A full bathroom remodel in 60 seconds 👀

We took this bathroom from a dated drop-in tub to a freestanding tub, opened up and expanded the shower, added large-format tile, an envelope-cut floor, and finished everything off with chrome fixtures.

What’s your favorite part?

Full bathroom demo 🎬🍿

The client wanted to keep the existing vanities, so we carefully worked around those, but everything else had to go.

Normally, if you have enough room to safely transport a large mirror and shower glass, you can remove them in one piece. But with this much demo debris, I decided to break down the glass for safer transport and disposal.

⚠️ Pro tip: If you’re breaking glass or doing a full demo, make sure you properly cover and protect your drains. You definitely don’t want broken glass or demo debris making its way into your plumbing.

Excited to show you this transformation from start to finish!

Pantry makeover, paint day 🎨

After sanding everything down, it was finally time for paint. We went with Agreeable Gray by Sherwin-Williams for the walls.

Next up: shelves 👀

The final mud coat is on 👏🏼

Now it’s time for paint and build the shelves!

A few drywall patches, then we got straight to the fun part! 👨‍🎨

The electrician had to open up a few areas for the electrical work, so we cleaned those up and got everything ready for paint.

Then we color drenched the entire room in Bronze Green by Sherwin-Williams.

Same color, different sheens:
• Walls — Satin
• Trim — Semi-Gloss
• Ceiling — Flat

What do you think of this color? 🤩

We HAD to recreate this scene 😂

We were watching Sterling Point on Prime and when this scene came on we immediately knew we had to recreate it lol

But honestly my wife has come a LONG way. She knows her tools now… most of them… 😅

Pros, this one’s for us

One thing I’ve learned after 8 years in this business: you have to take advantage of the resources available to you.
We spend enough keeping projects moving, so when The Home Depot creates programs and experiences specifically for Pros, I’m paying attention.
is coming up October 5–11, and there’s plenty to look forward to. If you’re not part of Pro Xtra yet, now’s a good time to get your account ready.
