The Multi-Hour Window Problem

Somewhere along the way, that became normal.

In home services, time windows are treated as suggestions instead of commitments. And customers have adjusted their expectations accordingly.

We don't think that's acceptable.

Showing up when you say you will is one of the simplest ways to communicate respect, and one of the things that we think sets us apart.

Our process:
· Provide flexible scheduling options for the customer
· 2-days out: appointment reminder via text message
· Morning of: phone call from the crew member with ETA
· After phone call: photo and name of the crew member shared by text
· Crew member arrives

We arrive on the day we say we’re going to within the 30-60 minute timeframe promised, and the customer knows who’s going to be in their home before they appear at the door.
