Check it Out!

One of the amazing opportunities I've gotten after being on the cover of CSRA City Lifestyle Magazine is that I get to go to events to meet everyone who reads the magazine and talk to you guys about Interior Design! We missed the first one at Riverwood Plantation because rain shut us down, but I'll be at Steed's Dairy from 1-3 on Saturday October 25th, so I hope to see y'all there, I can't wait to meet you!

Your Home is Your Own

Inviting another person into your home to design it can be daunting, especially if you think they're just going to give you a design and walk away. But at Casia Home we're here for you, for your personal taste and style! When we come into your home we're making note of what you already have in addition to what you want it to look like in the future. Our aim is to keep you first always!

Bright Delight

As as designer I often think in soft tones for a tranquil existence in your home, but tranquil is different for everyone and this dining room really sells that brightness can give you an amazing happy feeling when coming into a space! From the chairs and table to the china cabinets and stunning art, this dining room is brought together by these amazing blue walls. At Casia Home we always consider what your taste and style is when creating design for your home and want you to feel the most you in your new space!

Making the Most of your Holidays

As we head into October I'm getting excited with my kids for Halloween and then Thanksgiving and then Christmas! It goes by so fast! I keep finding myself thinking about table layout, color palette, etc as I go about designing things, and I wanted to demonstrate another photo that I love with the green that is so special to the heart of my company. Don't be afraid to think outside the box of your basic flat table runner and table setup. What works for you works for you. If you need help ask a designer. I'd be happy to help in person or virtually! Just call me at (706) 250-0451 and we'll get something going for you!

The Magic of the Holiday Season, Starting with Halloween!

Just 2 days till October, and I'm feeling a love of the holidays come pouring out of me. It might be my 3 kids, or just my decorators desires, or both (let's be honest 😂) but I'm stoked to start some new decorating and getting everything ready for my family and neighbors to enjoy! I hope that you are too! I've written a blog about the dos and sometimes don'ts of decorating fo the holdays with emphasis on Halloween, and even if you don't celebrate, this applies to fall decorating too! Enjoy!

A Cozy and Inviting Space

When we walk into a room we want to feel invited by the space itself. A place to sit, to put your bag down, to lounge, set a plate for dinner and more! A cozy, inviting space litterally invites you in with good design centered around making you feel at home, whether it's your home or someone else's. When it's thoughtfully designed, you can feel at home.

A Magical Mix of Style and Comfort

When style and comfort mix it’s magical! I love these rooms because they're such a fabulous mix of what’s “in” but not overdone. They're so relaxing! One of my favorite things to do in a room is mixing up the texture to add both interest and comfort to the room. Cane & rattan are back in a big way and it's all about how you use them. And I love using Pampas to add interest. Doing it in art is a new and exciting way to do that as well. Designing for relaxation is a true passion of mine, let me know if relaxation is what you're truly seeking in your home!
