Royal spine post

🌵 I’ll have the “Agave ‘Royal Spine’ with cheese!” 🤪

A sight to Behold… this stunning agave stands up to 18” tall and 2 feet wide, with sleek steely-green leaves ending in a sharp spine.

Perfect for full sun and well-drained soil, it’s a resilient beauty, tolerating temps down to 28°F.

A fusion of Agave macroacantha and Agave victoriae-reginae, its uniform and striking features make it a garden favorite or a striking potted display. Known also as ‘Green Steel’ or ‘Little Shark’, this agave definitely steals the show!

Only a few of these architectural wonders available

Keep Growing,
OG

Many say, Succulent love is akin to agape love. Either way, show your love for mom and all she does with the gift that keeps on giving… more than roses, that’s for sure!! 😉

Ole Blue is Blooming!

Ranch 616’s roots are (S) Texas ranch food, drinks & vibe thanks to late great Kevin Williamson.

What first drew me in 20 years ago, was their desert landscape, with Ole Blue (whales tongue agave) out front and center.

She’s blooming now & you know want that means…

I recall my first dish there was a ribeye steak on a bed of enchiladas. 😳 I’d never heard of such a thing…
“Damn, I AM in Texas” 💭

Fast forward 20 years, The OG 616 Agave is blooming, The Pistol Patio is rocking & is honored to be the curator of your Texas cactus experience while sipping on a Ranch Water or a 🔥shot.
