cold plunge or hot tub? we didn’t have to pick thanks to Lit Method! Their stainless steal plunge is the perfect cherry on top to complete our backyard wellness area 🌿

a few minutes in here and:
- my brain finally goes quiet
- I feel wide awake (no coffee required)
- post-workout soreness doesn’t stand a chance
- I actually start my day feeling calm

not medical advice. check with your doctor before cold plunging
