The perfect fixture is about more than how it looks. Height, scale, and placement can completely change the feeling of a room. While this home is still under construction, seeing the lighting go in gives us a first glimpse of how the spaces will feel.

Wall-mounted faucets, three ways.

Each bathroom has its own palette, its own stone movement, and its own mood, but the function stays the same. By moving the faucet off the counter and onto the wall, the vanity surface gets to stay cleaner visually and physically.

That small shift leaves more usable counter space, makes the area around the sink easier to wipe down, and lets the stone read without hardware interrupting the surface.

Same function, completely different feeling.

We reimagined this 2004 Austin home by re-staining the timber beams and bringing in local Lueders limestone for a contemporary silhouette. These changes helped soften the heavy bones of this home for decades of memories to come.
