If you have a basket, bin, or corner where everything that “doesn’t have a home” ends up, you’re not alone. 😂

Instead of constantly reorganizing the same pile, create a temporary landing zone - but give it a rule: it gets emptied once a week.

The trick? Don’t let your “doom box” become permanent storage. Use it to gather misplaced items, then spend 10 minutes returning everything to its actual home.

✨ Your house doesn’t need to be perfectly organized. It just needs systems that make resetting it easier.

Here’s an organizing question I wish more people asked:

“Will this system still work when I’m tired?”

If putting something away requires opening a cabinet, moving three things, and perfectly folding it, chances are it won’t happen every time.

Good organization isn’t about creating the prettiest system. It’s about creating one that’s easy enough to maintain on your busiest day.🙌
