Another one wrapped up! 🔨🏡

We were called in after a previous attempt at reframing the area where a pool had been removed didn’t work out. We removed and corrected the problem areas, reframed everything properly, and got the deck back where it needed to be.

We also replaced the PVC lattice around the deck per the customer’s request, giving the outside a clean, finished look.

Another job completed and another project done right! 💪

🔨 Another Job Completed by McLawhorn Construction!

This one turned into a little more than just replacing flooring! After removing the existing LVP, we found damaged subfloor underneath that needed attention before the new flooring could go back down.

We removed the damaged areas, installed new subfloor where needed, then reinstalled the LVP and added the necessary transition for a clean finished look.

Sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to find until the old flooring comes up — but we make sure the job is fixed right before covering it back up! 💪
