This aluminum canopy is part of the work we did on the new luxury apartments called The Garrison located in SE Atlanta "where Grant Park meets the Beltline". The canopy is actually two canopies with a gap between to allow movement between the two buildings. The gap is covered on top so water doesn't run down between. The two buildings are approximately 26 ft apart. So each canopy projects 13 ft from the building they are connected to with the front of the canopies being supported by the tie rods above.

The finish is Sherwin William Fluropon which is an oven cured fluoropolymer meeting AAMA 2605 standards. This kind of finish is commonly referred to as Kynar.

Chapel Hill High School - Rod Supported Aluminum Canopy

The architect for this project was intent on it not having columns to support the front edge. That was a challenge considering it extends out as much as 16'-6" from the building. But we were able to figure out a way to make it work with some rather stout tie rods above the canopy. The finish for this one was fluoropolymer (Kynar) - Sherwin Williams Fluropon "Blackest Black".

Goodwill Auburn AL - Aluminum Mechanical Equipment Screen

We designed, fabricated and installed two of these 10' x 12' x 6' tall aluminum screens featuring Z blade louvers on this Goodwill to hide the rooftop A/C units. We powder coated them with Tiger Drylac Super Durable Creme 305 glossy 138/15009.

We fabricated and installed three of these aluminum pergolas on this project - Two 10'-6" x 19'-0" and one 10'-6" x 25'-0". They were powder coated with Tiger Drylac Super Durable Jet Black Satin 138/80020 to AAMA 2604 standards. We designed and engineered them including the footings.

This is Nashville Collegiate Prep High School Campus. We finished Phase I a year ago and are back doing Phase II this month. Our work is over 3400 sq ft of column supported aluminum walkway and patio canopies and 500 sq ft of aluminum framed standing seam awnings. As always, we fabricated and powder coated all in-house and installed with our own crew.
