Home Sweet Floors

I bet you’ve never heard a flooring company owner say this before… 👀

You might NOT need new floors.

And yes… sometimes I’m actually the one talking homeowners out of replacing them. 😂

Sometimes the hardwood you already have can be refinished. Sometimes a repair makes more sense than replacing everything. And sometimes the more expensive option simply isn’t the best option for your home.

Because our job isn’t to sell you the most we possibly can.

It’s to help you figure out what actually makes sense for your home, your budget and what you’re trying to accomplish. ❤️

That’s what we’ve built Home Sweet Floors around.

Hardwood refinishing or installation. Carpet. LVP. Painting. Home improvements.

Different projects, same approach: make the process easier and help you make a decision you’ll still feel good about when the project is finished. 🏡✨

So if you’ve been staring at a room thinking…

“Okayyy… what do we even do with this?” 😂

Start there. Send us a message. We’ll help you figure it out.

Sometimes you don’t get the call to start a project. Sometimes you get the call to save it from disaster. 👀

And ohhh…, it gets better. 👀

The homeowner had hired another contractor for her kitchen renovation. But after delays, poor communication and costly mistakes, she lost confidence in the project and ultimately fired him.

A new contractor took over the kitchen, and Home Sweet Floors got the call to take over the hardwood flooring.

And we walked into a situation. 😬

Wrong size hardwood had already been special-ordered and couldn’t be returned. The order was also 110 sq. ft. short. And the kitchen renovation still needed to keep moving.

Because apparently this floor needed a little more drama. 😂

That’s where our part of the story begins.

We found the right place to transition the new hardwood into the existing floor, worked around the shortage without holding up the kitchen, and came back to finish once the remaining wood arrived.

Then came the real test:

New hardwood. Existing hardwood. Different ages. Different widths. One house.

We sanded everything together, made stain samples directly on the floor, and finished it all in DuraSeal Nutmeg with an elevated matte finish. ✨

And after ALL that?

Look. At. Those. Floors. 😍

You don’t walk through this home looking for where the old floor stops and the new one begins.

You just see one beautiful home. 🏡

And a homeowner who started this renovation frustrated and wondering how it was all going to come together… ended it extremely happy.

Sometimes the prettiest “after” pictures have the messiest stories behind them.

This one definitely earned its glow-up. ✨

This new carpet had the customer singing 🗣️🎶 “A whole new world…” 🎵

Okay, maybe not 😂 but it’s amazing what the right changes can do to a room.

This living room had older green carpet that had definitely done its time. We replaced it with a new neutral Berber-style carpet that works beautifully with all the natural wood and stone throughout the home.

While we were there, we also repaired the loose stone around the wood stove, resetting the damaged area and filling the joints to bring the hearth back together.

Nothing crazy. No complete remodel. Just the right updates in the right places, and the whole room feels brighter, cleaner and refreshed.

🏡 She Hired Us Twice… And Here’s Why.

The greatest compliment a homeowner can give isn’t a 5-star review.

It’s calling us back for a second project. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When previous customers call us back, we know we’ve done something right.

We first had the opportunity to install new flooring for Leeanne. When it came time to restore her deck, she trusted Home Sweet Floors again.

🔨 After thorough cleaning, preparation, and a fresh stain application, this weathered deck was brought back to life and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

✨ Swipe through to see the transformation.

❤️ Thank you, Leeanne, for trusting us not once, but twice. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to helping with future projects.

No floor project, deck transformation, or business success will ever match the happiness these two have brought into my life.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. ❤️

Another happy homeowner ❤️

Justin recently trusted us with replacing all the flooring throughout his home, and messages like this never get old.

Thank you again for the opportunity and for taking the time to share your experience.

We truly appreciate your trust in Home Sweet Floors.
