Join The Thrive Sanctuary for a Back-to-School mini-moment of mindfulness on Wednesday, August 26th from 9-9:30am at Thrive Sanctuary located across the street from FSK.

Back to school means a whole new schedule and list of to-do’s. Join other parents/caregivers for a mid-week mini-moment to reset – to get rooted in peace and presence.

This short practice will meet you where you are, and help you create space for presence and peace – before beginning your day.

No meditation experience required.

As the temperatures soar, consider this your invitation to escape to The Thrive Sanctuary today- because sometimes the best getaway is closer than you think.

Almost one year ago, a whisper found me - "how fun would it be to open a plant shop?"

And on January 17th - the whisper became a reality when we opened our door officially.

And now it's time to celebrate the first 6 months - with a day of delight and appreciation for all things YOU.

Because the The Thrive Sanctuary is what it is because of you and your support.

The vision was always for this to be a space that meets you where you are...that offers a moment of calm...that invites you into a sensory experience. Yes a plant ship, but also a sanctuary.

My heart bursts with gratitude every time I hear about how your plants are doing, when workshop participants reflect on their journey, or when someone walks in an says "it's like an oasis!"

It's become a place for conversations, life milestones, new friendships, creative moments, plant victories, and opportunities to gather and reset.

And now we are planning a day that I think you'll love - to celebrate the space - and YOU - the community that has helped us thrive - on Saturday, June 20th, 10 am - 5 pm.

We'll have fresh plants, anniversary surprises (so many!), special guests, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

We'd love for you to join us.
