That time of year again! Barnesville Pumpkin Festival, 1st day of Fall, and cooler weather!
But this year is different.
Tim Rockwell was an employee of Village Hardware for 8 years and the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival President for 16 years. He delivered our rental equipment and knew every main road and back road in 3 counties. This is a bittersweet post since he isn't here with us this year. It will be strange to not see him at the pumpkin weigh-in or in his orange shirt throughout the festival. Tim never met a stranger and had many friends who are thinking of him, especially this week. We wish the many people who put on the festival every year to be able to smile throughout it as much as Tim did. His favorite week of the year!
From everyone at VHR.
