Painted and sanded my moms 8 ft. picnic table!! Danny built this table for my mom about 8 or 9 years a8go. We're going to build her a new one shortly, as her 6 ft. Table that was fabricated utilizing "kiln dried" lumber or "K.D." lumber that does not hold up to the elements as well as Pressur Treated lumber.

60' of facia and a little over 2 square , of cedar shake siding coming soon. We're removing and re-installing a new composite AZEK facia & soffit details just below the bottom edge of both the main box and garage roof sections. Once the the facia and soffit are installed, we'll be installing 4" & 3" inch circular aluminum soffit vents. We'll also be removing, and reinstalling the 4' × 18 ' (starting point is where the the plants are located.) section of wall that ends, in front, over the top of the right side of the garage.

I dropped the ball and forgot to get the before pics. This was a nice little job down st from us. My guy J.B. (finally found someone worth the money) and I removed a perfectly good slider (the homeowner got sick of seeing her neighbors messy property from her living room couch) and we installed a 36" by 80" 15 light Genesis front entry door with a Andersen 3000 Series storm door. 5 1/4 Azek trim. Vycor weather proof underlayment to wrap the r.o., good ole Felt Paper for Cedar Shingle underlayment. 1 1/4" Pneumatic Staples for fasteners. Another repeat customer. Which is more than half out business, and business is good.

Partial Bathroom Remodel....
New Toilet, new flooring, new frame around the mirror. Refinished the oak cabinets so they matched the new mirror frame and paint all around!!
