Second time worked
Enjoy the new ceiling fan from Isabelle’s. It’s a great looking fan and is actually able to be wired to my home, unlike the first ceiling fan I purchased from Isabelle’s.

Personalized, Professional, & On Point!

I located Isabelle's via a google search looking for a specific light. I received a call from them with super detailed information to include letting me know the light had been discontinued (even though many distributors were still listing it as available). They took the time to understand the needs of my client and actually provided a solid replacement. The service didn't stop there. They communicated promptly regarding ship times and even kept me in the loop on when the manufacturer provided them an update (it was a quick ship). We received the light in short order, the install was simple, the customer is ecstatic, and they called to follow-up to ensure everything worked properly. Regardless if you look locally, I highly recommend you purchase from Isabelle's - I know we will be!
