Today, we want to take a moment to recognize the guy behind Delta T Heating & Cooling! 💯

Adam goes above and beyond for everyone on this team. He makes sure we’re taken care of, reminds us how much we’re appreciated and valued, and genuinely cares about the people who make Delta T what it is.

Honestly, although that IS what he is... “boss” isn’t a word we use very often around here, because Adam has a way of making everyone feel like an equal rather than just an employee. He leads by example, looks out for his people, and makes sure we know we matter. He gives so much of himself to this company and to all of us, and we couldn’t let today pass without making sure he knows that he’s seen, appreciated, and valued just as much as he makes each of us feel. 💯💯

Today we’re celebrating Walt and his first year with the Delta T family! 🥳🔧

If you’ve had a new system installed over the past year, chances are you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Walt! 😁 He joined us in 2025 with no HVAC experience, but with years of hands-on knowledge, mechanical expereience, a willingness to learn, and a drive to take on anything and everything thrown his way! 💯

Over the past year, it’s been great having Walt on the team and watching him continue to learn, grow, and bring his own skills and personality to what we do every day! We’re thankful and proud to have him on board and look forward to seeing all he accomplishes in the years ahead! We couldn't do what we do without him!

Well… looks like we got a little wrapped up in Homecoming Week! 🤣🏈 Literally!! 🧻

Students from Piper High School decided our truck needed a little extra decoration, and we have to admit… THEY GOT US GOOD! 😂👏

Someone give these kids a raise… because apparently, they know how to run a professional installation! 🤣🧻

We love seeing kids being kids, making memories, and having a little fun during Homecoming Week! 💜🤍🩶 (Even if our truck was the chosen canvas this time! 😂)

Today we’re celebrating Steve Richardson and ONE YEAR with the Delta T Heating & Cooling family! 🥳

Steve is a huge part of our office team and does so much behind the scenes to help keep Delta T moving forward and growing stronger. As our Marketing/Sales Manager, Steve plays a big role in helping Delta T put its best foot forward. From working closely on our website revamp and keeping it polished and updated 💻, to helping with our marketing efforts and finding new ways to showcase who we are!

Aside from that, he assists with keeping an eye on the numbers 📊, helping keep all of our trucks in line 🚚, and working on many other details that keep things running smoothly, Steve is always making sure pieces behind the scenes are where they need to be, improvising ways to improve and always willing to lend hand where it's needed!

🥵 This last heat wave has definitely kept us busy!

Over the past couple of weeks, one thing we've seen over and over again is dirty condensing units. While a dirty condenser isn't always the cause of an AC issue, it can make your system work much harder than it needs to...especially during extreme temperatures.🔥
