💛 Su***de Prevention Day 💛

We don’t normally bring really personal or heavy things to this page, but this one matters and is more important than any project we may be advertising.

Mental health can be incredibly hard. And we say that with an understanding that comes from more than just reading about it or watching someone else go through it.

Sometimes struggling doesn’t look like someone falling apart. Sometimes it looks like getting up, going to work, laughing, taking care of your kids, answering everyone’s texts, showing up for everyone else — while quietly trying to keep your own head above water.

That’s why we strongly encourage you to check on your people.

Especially the strong ones.
Especially the funny ones.
Especially the ones everyone else depends on.

If someone tells you they’re struggling, listen. Don’t minimize it. Don’t compare their pain to someone else’s. And don’t assume they’re looking for attention.

Sometimes people don’t need advice or answers. Sometimes they just need someone willing to sit beside them in the dark until things feel a little less heavy.

And if you’re the one struggling right now — stay.

Stay even if you’re exhausted. Stay even if you’re angry. Stay even if you can’t see how things could possibly get better right now. Take it one day, one hour, or even one minute at a time if you have to.

Just stay.

There are people who would answer every late-night phone call, sit through every breakdown, listen to every tear-filled conversation, and remind you a thousand times that you matter rather than ever have to live with the pain of losing you.

Give people grace. Pay attention. Ask twice when someone says they’re fine.

And please, just be kind. You truly have no idea what someone may be fighting with mentally.
