Blessed with another opportunity in Cookeville this week. Transforming this crawlspace with a 20mil encapsulation.

Microbial growth found throughout, so the old fiberglass insulation is coming out and a thorough treatment to the floor joists and subfloor will be performed.

20mil crawlspace encapsulation finished up on a townhouse in Cookeville. This homeowner had water intrusion going on with evidence of 8” of standing water after rainstorms due to poor drainage around the townhouse and parking lot.

Some times an external drainage solution isn’t possible when sharing multiple walls with neighbors, and road frontage at the front of the home. Our solution was internal, we added a partial perimeter strip drain and a 1/2hp sump pump. We installed our 20mil encapsulation system and drainage mat, hung LED lights, and got this homeowner set up on our semi annual maintenance plan.

The crawlspace is now one less thing to worry about for this homeowner 🙏
