This week we gathered the entire POOL-ology team for our State of the Company meeting.

Breakfast, wins, goals for what’s ahead, and most importantly, a chance to say thank you.

This quarter we celebrated the people who have been with us for 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years. Every name on this flyer helped build what POOL-ology is today.

Our 5 year veterans, Fred, Brad, Cliff, and Micah, each walked away with a blue POOL-ology jacket and a custom made knife. Five years of showing up and doing the work deserves more than a handshake.

We also gave away a fire pit, a gas griddle, AirPods, a cooler, a Milwaukee tool set, and a paid golf trip in our team raffle. A lot of happy faces!
