Are you going for a more "rustic" look in your home, but also want it to be modern? We can work with that. The word "rustic" doesn't mean "outdated 1970s log cabin". Not in our books!

Lately, we've been thinking about how the classic white-on-white kitchen could use a little makeover to bring some more of that personality to life. Enter a bold blue – a color that's both bold and versatile, and just perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your kitchen.

This color pairs beautifully with a range of materials and finishes, from natural wood counters to sleek marble surfaces. Imagine a blue island as the centerpiece of your kitchen, or blue cabinets that make those brass fixtures really pop!

Would you consider a bold blue for your kitchen?

We've seen firsthand how built-in features can completely transform a space. Here’s why they're a stellar choice 👇

Built-ins such as shelving, cabinets, and benches are a part of your home's structure, designed to maximize every inch of space effectively. Imagine turning that awkward nook into a cozy reading spot with custom shelves, or enhancing your living room with an entertainment unit that fits perfectly into the wall.

What makes built-ins truly special is their ability to be customized to your needs. Whether it’s a home office setup or a unique storage solution, these features are tailored just for you, making your space more organized and your life easier. And let’s not forget the added value they bring to your home—integrated, stylish solutions like these are a big hit in the real estate market.

Ready to explore the possibilities? Let’s design something that’s perfectly "you."

No, this isn't part of a living room — it's a hallway! When you have the power to start from scratch, even something as objectively boring as a hallway can turn into something interesting. The detail here was executed perfectly.

With scenery like this, the interior is bound to complement it! Using natural wood and an overall "warm" color palette, was the way to go with this project. Would you prefer a more traditional "homey" kitchen, or a sleek modern one? 🤔

The right wood can do wonders for a home! We'd like to share our favorite types of wood that we use in our building projects 👇

Douglas Fir - Known for its incredible strength and durability, Douglas Fir is perfect for framing that lasts. Its light brown color and straight grain give it a classic, understated elegance that complements any decor.

Cedar - With its gorgeous reddish-brown hue and delightful aroma, Cedar not only looks beautiful but also naturally resists moisture and decay. It’s ideal for exterior siding and roofing, ensuring your home stays beautiful and durable in Oregon's diverse climate.

Hemlock - This fine-grained wood offers a light to creamy-white color that brings a bright and airy feel to your interiors. Hemlock is not just pretty; it’s also robust, making it a fantastic choice for internal structures.

Pine - Loved for its versatility and rustic charm, Pine features a pale yellow color and visible knots. It’s excellent for creating warm, inviting spaces, especially in areas like cabinetry and trim.

Oak - For flooring that stands the test of time, nothing compares to Oak. Its rich golden color and pronounced grain pattern offer a touch of luxury and immense wear resistance.

Which type of wood do you see in your home? 🤔
