Another one complete and sold! 🏡

This home is officially finished and ready for its new owners. We couldn’t be happier with how it all came together.

A lot of hard work goes into every build, and seeing the finished product never gets old.

Congratulations to the new homeowners! 🔑🏡

We do more than just exteriors.

Another new home is officially underway! It’s always exciting watching a project go from an empty lot to a home.

Year after year, storm after storm, we’ve had the same homeowners call us back and trust Timberline Creations with their homes. Some of you we’ve helped two, three, even four different times over the years.

That kind of trust means a lot to us.

We hate seeing the same neighborhoods and homes get hammered again, but we’re grateful that when it happens, so many familiar names and faces know who they can call.

To all of our past customers in Shepherd and the surrounding areas, thank you for continuing to trust us with your homes. We appreciate it more than you know.

Hopefully one of these years Mother Nature gives Shepherd a break!

🏡 If you’ve had the opportunity to drive by some of our homes, you may have found yourself asking, “Who are these guys?”

Well, we’re excited to finally introduce ourselves!

TWO LOCAL BUSINESSES. ONE SHARED VISION.

Timberline Creations and A & Z Construction are teaming up to build quality homes.

As two locally owned businesses, we’re proud to bring our individual areas of expertise together:
