Every project has a story. Every homeowner has a different reason for starting one. Here are a few of the stories behind the homes Templeton Building Co. has helped bring to life.

A legacy built one project at a time.

When Steve Templeton founded Templeton Building Company in 1980, he started with more than a vision for a successful business. He built it around values that would stand the test of time: quality craftsmanship, accountability, doing things the right way, and treating every client with care and respect.

More than four decades later, those values continue through the second generation of leadership with Ben Templeton. While the projects may change, the foundation remains the same and that is the legacy we’re proud to carry forward.

Choosing just one detail to love in this kitchen is nearly impossible. Is it the gorgeous backsplash extending all the way to the ceiling, the custom refrigerator that blends seamlessly into the cabinetry, the statement oven hood, or the lighting that highlights every feature?

Sometimes, it’s the details that make the entire space.

The difference between good work and great work often comes down to the details.

From the initial plans to the final walkthrough, Templeton Building Company brings precision and care to every part of the process. Because when it’s your home, every detail matters.

Three showers. One tough decision.

A. B. or C. Which one gets the vote?

This client didn't choose just one; they chose all three, creating custom shower spaces designed around the needs of each room.✨

Winter has a way of making the simplest parts of the day a little more difficult. A heated driveway is one of those upgrades that adds convenience when it matters most, helping keep snow and ice from building up.

It’s a practical investment that can make winter maintenance easier while adding another thoughtful feature to the home. At Templeton Building Company, we enjoy creating custom solutions that make a home work better year-round.
