From raw ground to a fully functional, turn-key horse barn in just 6 weeks!
We recently completed this 40’ x 60’ enclosed build, doing everything start-to-finish including the foundation work. To maximize covered space, we added two 40’ lean-tos along with a 60’ lean-to, providing plenty of shade and equipment storage.
Inside, functionality drives the design:
• A spacious 16’ center aisle anchored by heavy-duty 10’ x 10’ barn doors at both ends.
• Five 12’ x 12’ stalls complete with rubber flooring, automatic waterers, sliding aisle doors, and exterior Dutch doors. We also incorporated a removable wall so one section can easily convert into a foaling stall when needed.
• A dedicated 12’ x 12’ wash bay alongside a secure 12’ x 12’ tack room.
• A full 12’ x 16’ feed room with concrete floors, utility sink, washer hookups, and a commode to make long days at the barn seamless.
