Out with the old and in with the new! On this project we:

🔧 Removed the old furnace
🔥 Installed a new 96% efficient Trane furnace
❄️ Installed a new air-conditioning system
💧 Relocated the water heater to clean up the space and make room for the new setup
🛠️ Updated the ductwork and connections for the new equipment

This one was quite a transformation from what we started with! A much cleaner setup and a big upgrade in heating and cooling efficiency for the homeowner.

If your furnace or A/C is getting some age on it, having problems, or you’re ready to upgrade, give Tall J Maintenance a call!

🚿✨ What a difference a few updates can make!

Yesterday we knocked out a bathroom refresh for a customer, replacing several of the older fixtures and giving the whole bathroom a fresh new look.

🔨 New black sliding shower doors
💡 Two new light fixtures
🚰 Two new bathroom faucets & drain assemblies
🪞 Two new mirrors
🧻 New towel bars & bathroom hardware

The black shower doors and faucets really changed the look of this bathroom! You don’t always need to tear everything out and start over—a few well-chosen upgrades can make a huge difference.

Don’t Replace That Old R-22 Unit Just Yet! ❄️

A lot of homeowners hear “Your system uses R-22, so you need a whole new HVAC system.” That’s not always true.

If your unit is cooling well and only needs a small amount of refrigerant due to a repair, don’t assume replacement is your only option. In many cases, these older R-22 systems were built to last and can continue running reliably for years with the proper maintenance.

While R-22 is no longer manufactured and can be more expensive, it is still available. Every situation is different, and it’s often worth having your system inspected before spending thousands on a new unit.

If your air conditioner isn’t keeping up, give Tall J Maintenance a call. I’ll give you an honest assessment and help you decide whether a repair or replacement makes the most sense—no pressure, just straightforward advice.
