This was a project where a lot of the trees and shrubs were just getting too big and close to the house. Unmanageable and dangerous.
One tree was a large White Ash with tip die back and declining outlook, already pruned and needing more heavy cuts to make it safe, it was added to the list.
Multiple other dead and declining trees, a large vine encased hemlock, and many other trees were cut to make way for a bit more sunlight and some peace of mind.
This was a multi staged event with other projects types ongoing. 5 dead/declining trees near the water with the conservation approval. Overall, about 85 yds of material was removed, it was hard to tell there was a yard or a fence there beforehand 🙂
