I under charged for this one!

Very nice retuning customer that deserved a break.

I pushed it over, cut it up and burned it on her property all by hand!

2 days ago it was a laid over building, now it is a pile of ash in the background.

I busted my eye with a piece of wood after it broke through my safety glass.

It was a great learning experience.

THATS BETTER!!!

After the bathroom remodel and the living room floor, it was time for their kitchen.

New floor, countertops a few additional cabinets, sink and dishwasher! It made it more convenient for everyone.

I even turned an existing window into a built in spice rack to free up another cabinet.

OUT WITH THE MOLD’ AND IN WITH THE NEW!!!

This customers bathroom had a hidden water leak. By the time they realized it, it was too late. Spots started developing quickly everywhere.

Then I was off to another complete bathroom demo and renovation.

After demoing the bathroom we realized the damage made it under the flooring into the living room and part of the kitchen. What a mess!

Once it was all removed and treated, the fun part started, building it back better!

After adding a few feet to the bathroom and rearranging the floor layout, it was like a whole different part of the house.

I picked up a truck load of stone pavers from a friend of ours and decided to do a little work at home.

Well after they sat stacked in our yard for months!🤷🏻‍♂️

After much debate, I just decided to get it done!

Some friends of our family wanted to have easy access to the pool for their children.

They designed a layout of what was wanted, and we built what was needed. We even added a gate to keep the dog from taking unsupervised swims.

Turned into a great space to hang out under the sun!

TAKE A SEAT!!!

I received a call from a friend asking if I could build a bench and some shelves in an entryway of a project he worked on.

Absolutely!

I did more than what was expected at the same cost’ but that’s me!

FINALLY FINISHED!!!

This was a workshop addition that was added on by another contractor at a customers house. It sat unfinished for years, well until I came along.

20’ galvanized metal, what a fun day that was. Deck had to be removed and framing completed. Not a bad day.

HELP WITH A FLIP!!!

This is a project I helped a local investor with.

We did everything from replacing floor joists, sheathing, sheet rock, floor covering, doors, cabinets, plumbing and fixtures and even refinishing the existing oak floors.

Everyone did a great job!
