Update on our sweet Tank

Unfortunately, we got some heartbreaking news today from his oncologist. At Tank’s monthly checkup, they found swelling in one of his salivary glands under his jaw, so they did a needle biopsy. We were really hoping it was something unrelated to his cancer, but the results confirmed that his lymphoma is no longer in remission. 💔

His oncologist has recommended starting chemotherapy again and is going to send us information about other treatment options. We have an appointment Thursday to discuss the next steps and figure out which option gives him the best chance of getting back into remission.

Thank you to everyone who has followed his journey, checked on him, prayed for him, and supported us along the way. It means more than you know. Please continue to keep our sweet boy in your prayers and us as we navigate this next chapter. 🙏❤️

Tank had his monthly checkup today. The good news is all of his lymph nodes still look good! However, they found some swelling in one of his salivary glands under his jaw, so they did a biopsy to make sure it isn’t related to his lymphoma or a sign of it returning or spreading. Now we wait for the results and pray for good news.

Of course, he had to get a pup cup after his appointment! 🍦
