Little job in Tontogany, OH we just got done.

7.5sq with a lot of rain to work around lately.
OC Duration - Chateau Green

Another one done in Cygnet OH!

I used to live in this town years ago and feels good to come back around and put a new roof down!

32 Sq - OC Duration Williamsburg Grey
Had my work cutout for me on some metal work.
Older home with Dual Chimneys. Upper and Lower sections that needed completely re done.

Dormer walls and Side walls got all new step flashing.
Painted all the pipes and stacks.
Customer wanted to keep her Lightning Rods
Was a lot to do but really turned out great!

We have plenty of time in the year to get on our schedule if you or someone you know needs a new roof or some exterior work done!

Another one done in my home town of Bowling Green!
Good sized job for us.

About 21sq Onyx Black - OC Duration for the Home and Garage

We had two skylights that they wanted removed and closed off. Satellite dish removed no longer in use.
Chimney that needed completely updated to look nice.
Removed box vents and added ridge vent for improved Ventilation.

No matter if I can’t get a rooftop delivery and even a dumpster in the street. Might take us a little longer but we work really hard to make any customer happy.

We started a new roof yesterday and have several repairs and another one afterwards to get done in Tontogony.

We are still actively getting free estimates done and there is plenty of time to get on the schedule if you or someone you know is looking to get some exterior work done.

That’s one murdered out roof!
Customer wanted all black every thing and we went above and beyond to make it happen!

Was really awesome to be out in Pemberville for a week! Painted everything including the entire chimney and made all new counter flashing.

About 30sq OC Duration Onyx Black
A lot of wood to fix and repair

Customer wanted to keep box vents and only have ridge vent on garage and back dormer.

I’m very happy with how this all got done!

Making things right in my hometown of Bowling green!
All knew everything as usual!

27sq Black Sable - OC Duration

Owner specifically wanted a new cap poured on his chimney and tuck pointing to fix it falling apart.

I want to publicly thank Seth Thomas for giving me a hand with all that work. We made all new pan metal & counter flashing to go with the step flashing.
We really try our best to go above and beyond our competitors!

After tearing off we re nailed all the decking and had a few spots of wood replacement.

Removed box vents and installed ridge vent for improved ventilation.

We paint all our boots to make everything match and really turned out nice!

Don’t over pay for your roof to get done with cheaper shingles and the little details that make it worth the cost.

Fixing my hometown one job at a time! 🇺🇸

We have future plans on this home to fix several sections at a time as the cost to do it all at once would be a lot. I don’t do the salesman pitch and am not hungry for work, I work with owners and find a solution within their budget.

Been running down a list of repairs and small jobs to get off my list and also took the time for myself to get a new mattress and build king sized bed frame!
It was time consuming but well worth the investment.

Have more repairs to get done and another full roof to do the following week.
We always offer free estimates.

Lately Iv seen several of my competitors quotes and the ones out of town are off the charts. The one’s local, I’m generally cheaper or right there with me. The difference is all of them use Landmark, GAF, IKO or CertainTeed shingles which are significantly cheaper.

I will stand behind Owens Corning Shingles and something I am yet to see is my competitors showing the customer the actual material list and be transparent about how much it costs to order a roofing package for your home. I am a home improvement company and will fix any other exterior issues I find while at your home.

If you can’t brake all new metal for counter flashing and install with rivets and be clean about it, take gutters down and fix rotten fascia, tuck point a chimney and crown with mortar, remove siding and flash a wall, Rubber Roof, Standing Seam, Barn Metal, Low Slope etc…

All you know is nails and laying shingles and have no pride in your work. I treat every customers home like it’s my own and fix them properly so I never have to come back and repair anything.

Bowling Green is my hometown and am member of the Chamber of Commerce and BBB A+ Rating.

Trailer we knocked out.
12sq OC Duration - Brownwood

Pretty simple job, we did replace the old skylight with a new Velux Skylight with built in blinds.
Painted everything and made it nice 👍

I had to get a new phone and my phone backed up to September so I lost the photos of the last 3 roofs we got done.

This is all I got of a 32sq OC Onyx Black roof we just knocked out in Bowling Green!

Had several 3/4” spots to cut out and replace and completely re did both Chimneys.
New Broan and wall flashing.
Eliminated box vents and did ridge vent for improved ventilation.
Really turned out nice.
We have quoted several jobs and have lots going on to get done. Very busy this time of year!
