❤️

For years, her only purpose was making puppies… today she finally gets to just be a dog! 🐾

This sweet girl (Junie) spent her life producing litter after litter of puppies. No soft bed. No toys. No family to love her. Just a cold hard life of breeding.

When dogs like her are no longer profitable, they’re often discarded, euthanized or forgotten.

Thankfully, her story will not end that way!

She is now safe here with DHR! ❤️

Right now she is very shy and unsure of people — and that’s completely understandable. When you’ve spent your life without kindness, human touch, and family learning to trust can take time.

But we KNOW something amazing about rescue dogs…

With patience, gentle care, gentle touch, and lots of love, they learn that humans can be safe. They learn what it means to be part of a family.

And watching that transformation is one of the most beautiful things in the world. 🐾

We’re so grateful we were able to save her, and we can’t wait to watch her slowly discover the life she truly always deserved.

Thank you SO much for your donations, caring, sharing, and support! It truly means the world to us and the dogs who need us!

By fostering, donating, volunteering and sharing your making it possible for us to save dogs like Junie!
