Wrapped this one up today. 2nd shower in 4 year old condos that has leaked due to poor installation (no waterproofing). PSA tile and grout are not your waterproof layer, its what you dont see that counts. Make sure you look at the reviews and previous work photos of who you hire, the cheapest price is usually a dead giveaway that corners will be cut. Bathrooms and kitchens are the biggest return on investment for your home choose someone that will treat your home like their own.
