Probably a couple more weeks and the ladies will come down and will make way for new plants next season.

Small mixed boxes are available
1 to 2 lbs, enough to make your own hot sauce, jam, powder or whatever your hearts desire.

If y'all happen to be trotting around the NC State Fair here in the next few weeks, be sure to check out all the entries, especially in the Pepper category. We have 6 entries scattered throughout.
Of course no sleep for the wicked as Broadslab Peppers transitions to S'Colville Sawce for all the yummy noms that will come of this year's harvest. I hear there is hankering for a candy of the "cowboy" variety?
