We removed a not so old Goodman heat pump system that was working marginally to say the least. Also it was a tad oversized in capacity and well oversized physically. The customer wanted to retain the existing air cleaner and wanted a functional humidifier so we selected the proper size equipment and configured the sheet metal to accommodate the humidifier and have room to service it. The old humidifier was directly over the electric supplemental heate elements. We righted this ship. The Customers will enjoy years of reliable and efficient operation. Thank you Mr. C. Originally ac application was a downshot duct configuration that some other contractor converted to side shot. Possibly when the flex space changed necessitating a shift of the main duct’s roof pe*******on location. So we stuck with that with this replacement. But it required a dog house (the large squarish sheet metal shroud over the main supply and return ducts as it comes up out of the roof) that took a bit of math and patience. And extra roof sealer!🫤

Proud moment install. I freestyled on this one by using an in line fan to distribute air to two other partitioned areas. It eliminated the need for multiple indoor units in a smaller addition.

Was on a service call yesterday Sept 11, 2026 and happened upon this. What are the odds? 2001!
I appreciate the customers dedication but I really should get them a new magnet😐

Jam Air provided the HVAC for this newly renovated twin home down by the Erin Pub in Norwood, Pa. The open floor plan created a handicap of sorts. But we made it work. The new owners/tenants will be very comfortable.

March, 2026 replacement furnace and AC in Glen Mills, Pa
We provided a drip pan and overflow switch beneath the system to catch water before it goes to the finished part of the cellar.

Recent replacement system in Berwyn, Pa
Older system had too many issues for the customer. A new broom sweeps clean I guess. So we put in new equipment for them. Also corrected the pitch of the flue pipe atop their water heater while we were there.

Recent Broomall Pa furnace replacement with new AC coil atop. Installed a new thermostat with WiFi connectivity. Brought filter rack to the front left side of the new furnace from the rear. So the customer won’t have to go in the crawlspace to change the air filter.
