Client had previous chain link fence opposite side of drive way that we decided to reuse the existing steel posts. No previous fence alone the rear and removal and replace of driveway side fence stayed the same with the existing posts in good condition. We’ll let this one dry out a bit and then be back to paint it white like the previous wooden fence was and to match the deck and existing wood posts.

Client gave us two windows instead of one, and neither fit the original rough opening. So, we reframed a new rough opening inside the old one, keeping the siding intact, and installed two double-hung windows. With proper flashing, caulking, and azek trim, the install is weather-resistant. Inside, we added extended jambs and new trim to match the old paint to trim transitions.
